Confirmed Booking Access Details

To ensure your booking runs smoothly, please review the following information before your arrival.

Access Code

The studio is self-service. Your confirmation text contains your lockbox code and key instructions.

Our garage door is automatic; the remote is inside by the lights. Press the left button once to open, once to close.

Sound System

Our studio features a built-in SONOS system to set the perfect vibe.

How to connect:

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi:

    • Network: Holly Grail

    • Password: Hollygrailstudio

  2. Open your streaming app (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

  3. Select the speaker:

    • Look for “Studio by HOLLY GRAIL” in your app.

    • No Bluetooth needed.

  4. Adjust volume:

    • Control music via your app.

    • Speaker is out of reach; do not adjust physically.

    • Please keep volume below 65 decibels.

Cleaning & Pack Down

Please leave the studio as you found it:

  • Place small, non-perishable rubbish in the provided bin. Anything extra must be taken offsite.

    • No food, drink, or perishables may be left in bins; these must be taken with you.

    • Large rubbish or items that do not fit in the bin must be taken off-site. There are no external rubbish binsat the complex.

  • Return any furniture or items moved.

  • Turn off air conditioning and lights before leaving (fees may apply).

Key Reminders

Please review our studio rules:

  • No smoking or vaping

  • No glitter, confetti, or open flames

  • Respect our neighbours – no loud music outside or loitering

  • No pets unless previously agreed

  • Report any damages, spills, or breakages immediately

  • All guests must exit on time; overstays may incur fees
