Booking Terms

Your booking begins promptly at the scheduled start time and ends promptly at the end time. All setup, pack down, cleaning, and resetting props/furniture must occur within your booking window.
Please allow time for parking to avoid delays. Overtime penalties will apply.

Studio Hire Rules

  • Return all props and furniture to their original position before leaving.

  • Props and furniture must not be taken outside the studio.

  • You must be present and contactable at all times during your hire.

  • Keep your booking contained within the hired space only.

  • Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • If any equipment, furniture, props, or fixtures are broken, stained, or mishandled, notify the Studio Director immediately - all damages must be paid by via the client,

  • Strict No Glitter or Confetti Policy – a $100 cleaning fee applies if either is found after your session.

  • No smoking is permitted inside the studio or building.

  • No candles or incense may be burned unless pre-approved.

  • No dirty footwear on floors or the couch.

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor. Items larger than a stool must be moved by at least two people. Floor damage may result in repair charges.

  • Keep sound to a fair level. Be respectful of neighboring tenants and shared walls.

  • Place all small rubbish in the bin provided.

  • Do not leave liquids, food scraps, or perishables behind.

  • Large rubbish or anything that doesn't fit in the small white bin must be taken off-site. There are no external rubbish bins at the complex.

Studio Access & Details

This is a self-serve studio.
Access codes and any necessary instructions (including WiFi and sound system info) will be sent to you via text 24 hours before your booking.
We recommend using your own “Spotify” account to connect to our sound system.

Before You Leave:

  • Turn off all lights and air conditioning.

  • Ensure everything is clean, reset, and taken off-site as required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • All cancellation/reschedule policies are non-negotiable.

  • No refunds for cancellations made 30 days or less from your booking date.

  • Reschedules are not guaranteed and are subject to the Studio Director’s discretion.

  • No refunds or reschedules for cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking.

  • The Studio Director reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. A 100% refund will be issued in that case.
