Studio Appearance & Temporary Modifications

  • The studio floor and backdrop may undergo temporary changes.

  • For March, the studio floor will be painted pink, with a matching pink backdrop.

  • Clients acknowledge and accept that the studio may appear differently during this period and should plan their shoots accordingly.

Booking Terms

  • Your booking starts and ends promptly at the scheduled times.

  • We require a minimum of a half day booking for weekends bookings.

  • All setup, pack-down, cleaning, and resetting of props/furniture must occur within your booking window.

  • Please allow extra time for parking to avoid delays.

  • Overtime penalties apply for exceeding your booking time.

Studio Hire Rules

  • Return all props and furniture to their original positions before leaving.

  • Props and furniture must not be removed from the studio.

  • You must be present and contactable during your hire.

  • Keep your activities within the hired space only.

  • Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Report any damage or mishandling of equipment, furniture, props, or fixtures immediately to the Studio Director. Clients are responsible for all repair or replacement costs.

  • Strict no glitter or confetti policy – fee applies if either is found after your session.

  • No smoking or vaping inside the studio.

  • No candles or incense unless pre-approved.

  • No dirty footwear on floors or couches.

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor. Items larger than a stool must be moved by at least two people. Floor damage may incur repair charges.

  • Music & Noise: Music must not exceed 65 decibels. Be respectful of neighbouring tenants.

  • Rubbish & Waste:

    • No food, drink, or perishables may be left in bins; these must be taken with you.

    • Place small, non-perishable rubbish in the provided bin.

    • Large rubbish or items that do not fit in the bin must be taken off-site. There are no external rubbish binsat the complex.

  • No glass of any kind is permitted in the studio.

Studio Access & Details

  • This is a self-serve studio.

  • Access codes and instructions (including WiFi and sound system details) will be sent via text 24 hours before your booking.

  • We recommend using your own Spotify account to connect to our sound system.

Before You Leave:

  • Turn off all lights and air conditioning.

  • Ensure everything is clean, reset, and taken off-site as required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

  • The Studio Director may adjust cancellation or rescheduling policies in special circumstances, but any booking platform fees will not be refunded as these are non-recoverable.

  • Reschedules are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Studio Director.

  • The Studio Director reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. A full refund (100%) will be issued in this case.
